Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care products.
To complete a return, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for opened media, damaged/missing items, or returns after 30 days. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed as a credit to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as there can be processing delays. If you've done all that and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us.
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds - sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please send us an email.
Gifts
If the item was a gift, the refund will be issued as a gift credit. If the gift giver had the order shipped directly to you, a gift certificate will be sent. If they received the order themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
